Island Living Group Inc. is a duly registered Philippine corporation based in the province of Bohol. We own and manage a curated group of properties, giving each one the attention of a dedicated local team rather than the anonymity of a large operator.
Today our portfolio comprises three properties: Villa Bellamore, a fully-staffed private-pool villa in Panglao; El Jardin Residences, a nine-unit apartment residence near Alona Beach in Panglao; and Townhouse @ City Grande, a modern townhouse in Tagbilaran City.
Every home is bookable on Airbnb, and everything relating to these properties runs through one company — Island Living Group Inc.
